Fitness Everyday

Fitness Everyday

Rimu class do fitness everyday, we do two runs around the court after that we go in groups. We do grapevine, sidestep, running, star jumps, ski jumps, push ups and much more. After that we go in the same groups and we get our sport equipment and we put it  on the court in different places. We start at small balls passing and we go on to the agility ladder, chest passes, Ski jumps, skipping with the skipping rope (which I'm bad at). I think little kids from 5 years old should do fitness everyday. For example, what if someone is hurting you or something like that and you can't run away from them and what if you miss your train, bus or plane and you can't catch it because you're not fit. I play football and go on my scooter and bike and I jog, so I get fit!
